She has worked extensively as a Valuer and Realty Consultant with over ten years’ experience. She has a Master’s Degree in Land Policy and Administration and a Bachelors in Land Economy. Prior to her current role, she worked as an Assistant Valuer at Property Lane Limited, Accra and rose to become a Valuer and subsequently, General Manager of the Firm. Thereafter, she went into Private Practice where she worked as a Consultant in different areas of Valuation and Real Estate Surveying, Property Management, Brokerage and Land Registration. She has consulted for several reputable organizations, stools, families and private individuals. She is a seasoned compulsory acquisition and land compensation claims expert. She is currently the Principal Consultant of AnL Valuation & Property Consult and a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors(GhIS).

She is a Valuer and a Senior Land Administration expert with over 30 years’ experience in both Public and Private Land Administration, Land Registration and Title perfection. She worked as Chief Lands Administration Officer at the Land Valuation Division of the Lands Commission for over 30 years. She has a wealth of experience and brings to the team skills for consultancy on various public and private projects. She is the Head of Land Administration at AnL Valuation & Property Consult and a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.

Surv. Lawrence Simpripi is an Auctioneer and a dedicated Valuation and Estate Surveyor with more than 10 years of experience in real estate consultancy, property valuation, property management, and investment advisory services. He holds BSc. in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and also a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. Known for professionalism, sound market knowledge, and attention to detail, Surv. Lawrence is committed to delivering accurate, practical and client-focused real estate solutions that support informed decision making and maximize property values. He is currently the General Manager of AnL Valuation and Property Consult.

Surv. Sally Adofowaa Mireku is a seasoned Real Estate Professional with over 10 years’ experience in property matters. She has a Master’s Degree in Geo-Information Science (GIS) in Land Administration from University of Twente, Netherlands and a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economy from KNUST, Ghana. She is the Senior Valuer/ Research Analyst of AnL Valuation & Property Consult and a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.

Miss Ruth Otoo is an experienced HR/Administrator with excellent skills in administration and payroll management. She is a Certified Real Estate Agent for AnL Valuation & Property Consult. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Surveyor George Nartey is a member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors with over 30 years working experience in mortgage and asset valuations, project/facility management, and preparation of business plans. He worked with GCB Bank PLC as an Estate/ Valuation Officer, Project Coordinator, Business Development Manager and Special Projects Lead. He is also a member of the International Facility Management Association ( Ghana Chapter). He has an MBA ( Project Management ), Bachelor of Banking/Finance, and a Diploma in Estate Management. Surv. George is a Senior Valuer and Project Manager at AnL Valuation and Property Consult.

Miss Belinda Naa Korkoi Bruce is an assistant Valuer at AnL Valuation and Property Consult, with over three years of professional experience in property valuation, management, and related real estate services. She holds a master’s degree in facilities management and is a trainee member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.

Miss Blandina Ama Attobrah Blay-Dankwa is an Assistant Valuer at AnL Valuation & Property Consult. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

She is a Trainee Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) with a growing professional background in property valuation, real estate consultancy and facilities management.

Surv. Ransford Asirifi is a very Dynamic and Chartered Valuer with over 12years of working experience in Compensation Valuation and Resettlement Management in many mining communities in Ghana. He is a Land Access (Compensation and Resettlement) Specialist who has consulted for many major mining companies in Ghana including Newmont Ghana and AngloGold. His depth of knowledge and experience encompasses the legal and regulatory framework of Ghana and international practices. Ransford holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Economy and a Master Science Project Management and he is also a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.

Surv. Sarah Ziddah is an accomplished Real Estate Professional with over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector. Her areas of expertise include real estate appraisal and valuation, property management, facilities management, real estate auctions and property repossessions.

She holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment and a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economy, providing her with a strong academic and professional foundation in property investment, valuation and real estate management.

Sarah is a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Her extensive industry experience and multidisciplinary expertise have positioned her as a trusted professional in real estate valuation, property advisory and investment-related services.

Surv. Kwadwo Otu Addae is a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and a Project Management Professional member of PMI-USA and PMI-Ghana.

He has over 20 years of extensive experience in the financial and aviation sectors, including Real Estate Investments, Property Valuation, Financial Analysis, Public-Private Partnerships, Commercial Space Utilization, Project Management, Facilities Management, and strategic oversight of Aviation Sector real estate.

Surv. Addae holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance (University of Cambridge), an MSc in Construction Project Management (Robert Gordon University), and a Bachelor's degree in Land Economy (KNUST).

Surv. Alexander Nii Kotey Laryea is a Chartered Valuer with 30 years working experience in Valuation (Rating/ General) and Land Documentation. He has a Higher National Diploma and a Bachelor in Building Technology and Estate Management and a Master’s Degree in Land Policy and Administration.  He is a Professional Member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.
